Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Royal Prints website and any custom apparel or promotional products you order from us. By requesting a quote, approving a mockup, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All orders start with a quote from our team. Quotes are typically valid for 30 days and depend on product availability. Most products carry a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces per design; we'll confirm the exact minimum on your quote. An order is confirmed once you approve your mockup and payment arrangements are in place.

We create your designs at no charge. Nothing goes into production until you approve a digital mockup, so please review colors, spelling, logo placement and quantities carefully — the approved mockup is what we produce.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, image or name you send us, and you agree to cover any claims that arise from us decorating materials you weren't authorized to use. Designs and mockups we create for you remain yours once your order is paid in full.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, orders are paid before production begins. We'll include payment instructions with your quote. Large or repeat orders may qualify for invoice terms at our discretion.

Custom products are typically delivered within 30 days of mockup approval. Timelines can shift during peak seasons or for very large runs — if so, we'll tell you up front. Delivery is to the address you provide; please make sure it's correct before approving your mockup.

Because every item is custom decorated, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If we made an error against your approved mockup, or a product arrives defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake or correct the affected items at no cost to you.

If you're given access to a Royal Prints account, you're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape content at scale, upload unlawful imagery, or interfere with the service. We may refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Prints' total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or missed events.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it was published. Material changes won't retroactively alter orders already in production.
