Royal Prints makes custom apparel and promotional products. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Quote requests. When you use our request form, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, email, phone number, company, and what you'd like quoted.

Artwork and messages. Logos, designs and notes you send us while we work on your order.

Chat. Our optional chat widget is provided by a third party and may collect the messages you send and basic technical data (like IP address) according to its own privacy policy.

Accounts. Team accounts use an email address and password. Passwords are stored only in encrypted form.

We use your information to prepare quotes, produce and deliver your order, and follow up on your requests. We may email you about your order or quote — we don't sell your information, ever.

Only what's needed to run the business: our hosting and database provider, our email and chat tools, and the shipping carriers and suppliers involved in fulfilling your order. These providers process data on our behalf and aren't allowed to use it for their own marketing.

This site itself doesn't run advertising trackers. The chat widget may set cookies needed for it to function. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We keep quote requests and order records as long as needed to serve your account and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete anything we don't legally have to keep.

We protect your data with encrypted connections, access limited to team members who need it, and industry-standard hosting. No system is perfect, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.

Our products and site are intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new date. The Terms of Service cover the rules for ordering.
